Execution of Phase A Works:

Execution of development works, including a 150-meter retaining wall with vertical anchors and reinforced supporting walls; excavation of the site and backfilling with base materials.
Execution of all infrastructure works as preparation for Phase B — the construction of the building.

Execution of Phase B Works:

Construction of the Estilon Automation building with an area of approximately 4,000 m², including: structural framework, steel construction, all electrical and plumbing systems, cooling system, offices, and all finishing works.
The project is delivered to the client complete with Form 4 (occupancy permit).
