Construction of the Sasa Cosmetics factory in the Dalton Industrial Zone, with an area of approximately 3,500 m². The facility is a pharma-grade plant built to food-standard specifications.
The work included concrete works, heavy steel construction, all building systems, full site development, and polyurethane-cement floor coating over 2,500 m², as well as 500 m² of office space — delivered up to handover and receipt of Form 4 (occupancy permit).
